THE FEDERAL PRICE EVALUATION COURSE™
DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM
|
SCOPE.
Introduction.
Price Evaluation Training is mandatory for tens of thousands of government purchasing and contracting professionals. Such training is also a basic requirement for purchasing and contracting professionals in large commercial companies as well, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, the trend in government training is to make the training available from the employee’s
own computer. Price Evaluation Training is particularly suited for solitary learning.
In arriving at the product now available at its website, FAM&TS took the US Postal Service’s recognized and established price evaluation training course and converted it into interactive computer based training using world class Macromedia’s Authorware.
While we are convinced that the Price Evaluation Course will meet the training requirements for purchasing and contracting professionals, those who make such determinations for their staffs are great in number and widespread across the world. To broaden its reach to such persons, FAM&TS believes that partners in the person of affiliations, and distributorships are the right solution. Distributorships will be considered for interested persons who can demonstrate that they have the skills, experience, and access to those who make decisions regarding training requirements for purchasing and contracting professionals, and those who decide upon curriculum for these professionals at colleges, including community colleges, and universities.
Distributorships are free and can be short-term or long term, depending upon the interests, capability, resources and experience of the distributor. The distributorship will share a portion of the purchase price of the Price Evaluation Training sold by the distributorship. This payment will be made directly into the bank account of the distributor after the expiration of the usual product return period. Distributorships may be terminated for violation of the Distributorship Agreement or the FAM&TS Software Agreement.
Purpose.
The Distributorship Program is intended to generate broad distribution of the Price Evaluation Course and make it worthwhile for partners with particular access, and likely capability to sale to, the target populations by sharing revenue from sales generated by distributor activities.
Objectives.
Distributorships are independent business enterprises. PE.COM is merely the source from which the product is delivered directly to the distributor’s customer; additionally, FAM&TS provides the backend processing for credit card purchases; however, the distributor may provide this service independently. Additionally, the Distributor may operate completely separate from FAM&TS by purchasing Licenses IDs from FAM&TS for distribution to customers upon payment to distributorship.
The distributorship should result in the accomplishment of the following objectives:
- Direct contact, by the distributor, with the target populations, and the presentation of the product, using the tools available from the Price-Evaluation.Com website (PE.COM).
- Access by the Contact to PE.COM through Distributorship website, which must be approved by FAM&TS or provided by FAM&TS.
- Promote the PE.COM product through what ever FAM&TS approved means considered prudent and reasonable to the distributor.
- Make sales of the Training to customers and deliver products from PE.COM or FAM&TS provided or approved Compact Disks.
- All access to PE.COM products, including purchased, and FREE downloads, will be tracked to the Distributor’s account.
- All purchases will be credited immediately to Distributor’s Account, and all returns will be charged against the Distributor’s Account.
- The Distributor will be able to view all activities from his contacts from initial registration of the FREE stuff through the purchase of the Price Evaluation Training.
- The Distributor will share in future sales from customer for up to one year after the initial purchase where the distributorship has ended, and continuously as the distributorship continues.
FAM&TS Provided Property.
For short-term distributorships of 3-6 months duration, and one discretionary extension, FAM&TS will provide a turnkey operation that includes domain name, website, and all the tools necessary to make a sale within two days after the execution of the Distributorship Agreement. The Distributor will merely need a Merchant or Bank Account into which sales proceeds can be placed and, perhaps either an SSN (Social Security) or EIN (Employer Identification Number) if USA entity.
For longer-term distributorships, or distributorships that extend beyond the 6-month period, the Distributor is required to provide an independent website and domain name that must be approved by FAM&TS. Under this scenario, the Distributor’s customer will download product for PE.COM, be provided a License ID by the distributor, after registration and payment to Distributor by what ever means used by Distributor, whether credit card, or by check. The Licenses IDs used by the customer, would purchased by the Distributor from FAM&TS at a discounted price.
