Licensing Process Guide

Before the Price Evaluation Course will open for use, it must be licensed. The following screens appear after the installation of the course on your PC and preview the registration, purchase, and licensing of the Price Evaluation Course on-line. If you wish to purchase and license this software on-line using an accepted credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), follow the below directions.

1. Click the radio button for "Purchase this software" and then click "Continue". The below screen provides notice that the program will connect you to the Internet website to start the purchase process. Click "OK." (If your web browser is not connected to the Internet, please connect prior to clicking "OK.")

 

2. Scroll to the bottom of the next screen. If you have installed the "Multiple User PC" version, you will be given an opportunity to enter the number of Licenses being purchased for use on the PC. Enter the number for the number of licenses desired. The minimum number for the Multiple User PC is two. If "Single User PC version", enter the number '1'. Afterwards, or otherwise, click "Order Now".

 

3. Read the License Agreement. If you agree with the terms and conditions of the license agreement, then click "I Agree". If you click "I Disagree", the purchase process ends.

 

4. If you are an "Existing Customer" – Click the radio button for "I am an existing customer", and enter the requested information from prior registration. Otherwise click "I am a new customer" and click "Next".

Note: If you received “Regkey1 and Regkey2" or have been provided a Password and License Id, then registration is now complete. You may close your browser and click “Register this Software Online” to input your provided License Id and Password. If provided Regkey1 and Regkey2, click “Manually Register this Software” and input them. Click “OK” and the application will open for use.

 

5. Enter your Contact Details and assign a Password for your profile. Click "Next" to continue.

6. Review the purchase for the correct version of the Price Evaluation Course, and the correct amount. If provided a "Priority Code" for a discount, enter it here, then click "Update". Any discount will be reflected in the 'Grand Total' Amount. To go to the credit card payment page, click "Credit Card".

 

7. Enter Credit Card information and confirm credit card billing address. Then click "Calculate Total".

 

8. Review your purchase. To make the purchase, click "Process Order".

 

9. This screen indicates that your order is being processed. Allow the requested two minutes or so for the credit card to process.

 

10. After successful processing of the order, the "Receipt Page" will appear. For a 'Printer friendly' version of the receipt, click "View Printable Invoice" and print for your records. At minimum, note your License ID(s) and Password. They will be needed to open the Price Evaluation Course for use.

 

11. Close or minimize your browser to return to your desktop where you left the application waiting.

 

12. To open the Price Evaluation Course for use, click the radio button "Register this software online" and click "Continue". Enter the 'License ID' and 'Password' from your receipt, or as otherwise provided. If you use a Proxy Server to connect to the Internet, then input same details in the 'Proxy Dialogue Box'. Also, your registration information, including License ID and Password will be emailed to the email address provided by you during registration.

 

Caution. After the price evaluation course opens, you will be asked to key in your First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name and Email address. Ensure that the first entry of this information is correct. You may not be able to change it afterwards. The name will appear on all scoring pages and the certificate of completion.
